If you have a MAJOR SYSTEM FAILURE during regular business hours, and wish to request immediate service response please contact our Service Desk at 604-233-1221.

If you have a MAJOR SYSTEM FAILURE after regular business hours, and wish to request immediate service response - please contact us through our Service line, and leave us your name, the name of your company and a telephone number where you may be contacted.

Please be advised that if you are not currently subscribed to a Service Level Agreement which includes Enhanced 7 x 24 Service, that service premiums may apply.
