This plan allows customers to purchase pre-paid time blocks
which are then drawn on as required on a unit basis for any technical
services provided by Optinet Systems including helpdesk support
or dispatched technician. The Retainer Service time blocks are
discounted and provide an hourly rate cost savings. Response
times are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Non-critical requests
are responded to within 48 hours, Monday to Friday.
Professional services such as assessment, standardization and
upgrades are offered separately on a fee basis. |
