Priority Service Plan
The
Priority Service plan provides contracted extended warranty coverage (Parts
Only) after the initial manufacturer warranty has expired.
On the Priority Service Plan you pay for prioritized helpdesk support
and/or dispatched technical services as required. Response times
are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Emergencies are responded
to within 4 hours of receipt of notification.
Moves, adds, changes, non-warranty remedial services and support
along with Professional technical services such as assessment, standardization,
and upgrades are offered separately at “preferred customer” rates.
