Priority Plus Service Plan
The Priority Plus Service plan provides contracted extended
warranty and labour (Parts and Labour) coverage after the
initial manufacturer warranty has expired. You can include coverage
on your hardware and software as well as software maintenance subscriptions,
and also receive prioritized repair/replacement services at no additional
cost. Response times are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., including
24x7 Emergency Response within 2 hours of receipt of notification.
Moves, adds, changes, non-warranty remedial services and support
along with Professional technical services such as assessment, standardization,
and upgrades are offered separately at “preferred customer” rates.
