Optinet receives ShoreTel Circle of Excellence Award 2013
ShoreTel partners across the globe understand the meaning of world class Customer Satisfaction and most work diligently to keep their customers highly satisfied. A “B” grade does not exist on the ShoreTel report card. If we aren’t making an “A”, our best grade will be “C” and “C” falls into mediocrity. In the 6 years we’ve been developing our ShoreTel Unified Communications practice we have achieved 4 World Class Customer Service awards. Our persistent goal has been to add the coveted Circle of Excellence Award (CoE) to this distinction.
The desire among the ShoreTel partner community for CoE is keen! Which means reaching the Circle of Excellence status is considered an outstanding achievement putting Optinet Systems among the true elite of ShoreTel Partners. Only the best-of-the best qualify for this coveted award, and in 2013 with our mix of sales results, growth and customer satisfaction Optinet Systems was one of only fourteen (14) worldwide partners, and the only Canadian partner, to join this elite group.
